  • Tried all mentioned methods and still smoke. I have quit for periods of time and do not inhale ( like Bill Clinton ) and smoke cig s like a cigar. Have quit Herion, 200 mg Oxy addiction and stopped drinking but smoking has been a terrible addiction for me.
